1. Scope

Tutor Aid LTD offers web-based project software Comment Helper Buddha for teachers on the website “teacher.bedakid.com” for the planning and writing of post-class report cards. The following general terms and conditions of use apply to all usage agreements which are concluded between Tutor Aid LTD and customers, who are using the application regarded the software “CH Buddha”.

2. User Conduct

By installing Comment Helper Buddha Chrome extension and registering an account with the application you automatically accept CH Buddha terms and conditions of use. You agree to comply with all applicable rules regarding online conduct and not to use other persons' accounts or allow other persons to use your account. You take sole responsibility for the quality of your finished reports.

3. Teaching Account Recognition

When you start using our app with a registered account and a verified email account, the app will link the app account to the teaching name of the user, and you can only use that app account/teaching platform pair from then on.

4. Trial Period

Provider grants the customer the right to use the software exclusively for test purposes for 14 days from verifying your email address while registering to the application. After the trial period has expired, the customer’s account will be blocked without automatic conversion into a contract for paid use.

5. Prices, Payment Methods, and Terms of Payment

The prices stated at the time of the order as shown in the application shall apply, exclusive of statutory value without any tax or rates applied. Customers may choose between monthly, quarterly, and annual packages, with all payments due in advance upon purchase. The checkout is handled by a third party called “Stripe”.

6. License Grant/Right to Use Service

The application may update automatically on your device to newer versions. We grant you worldwide, non-exclusive intellectual property rights. Components of the software may be offered under an open-source license.

7. Refunds

In Tutor Aid LTD we do not offer refunds for Comment Helper Buddha since all of our users have a 31-day free trial period.

8. Data Protection and Confidentiality

CH Buddha collects and uses the customer’s personal data only within the framework of the respective applicable legal provisions.

9. Governing Law and Venue

The laws of the State of the Republic of Serbia shall govern the validity, construction, enforcement, and interpretation of this Contract.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Company may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by publishing the amendments on its Company’s Websites or otherwise notifying the users.
